Chord is the only data-first, API-first, complete headless commerce platform. Having received their series-A funding, they needed to completely overhaul their Saas platform which was riddled with usability issues.
They needed a designer that could collaborate with customers to identify their major pain points with the platform. A comprehensive re-design that solved those pain points. I worked with engineering to deliver a customer-ready MVP. It launched right before their Series-B fundraising round.
Customers were delighted. Customer Experience (CX) teams saw completion times drop by up to 66% for common tasks like order management, saving over 1 day of work per week per team member.
